Greg Gilsdorf Joins Genesus

Genesus is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Gilsdorf as General Manager of US Operations. Greg joins Genesus from Genetiporc where he was a Sales Director in their US Operations. Greg previously was at National Farms for seventeen years where he became Executive Vice-President. At National, Greg was responsible for $100 million in sales, building of production system that produced one million pigs per year and overseeing a workforce that reached 575 employees. Greg has also had management positions at Iowa Select Farms, Coastal Plains and Professional Swine Management (Carthage Vets). Greg will be responsible for sales and business activities with Genesus. Greg brings a business, production background to augment Genesus Sales and Customer Relations. Genesus is the world’s largest producer of high health registered, purebred swine. Genesus’ genetics are known for high health, maternal productivity, growth and meat quality. Greg lives in Williams, Iowa with his wife, Teresa. Greg has two children and three grandchildren.
