
Glen completed his MBA from Queens University. His extensive background encompasses all facets of the food industry with specialization in protein and logistics.
In 2025 Glen accepted the position as CEO-COO for Genesus Genetic Technology Inc. and since assuming this position has re-established a Global presence in swine and semen sales both domestically and internationally. Under the new management structure and in partnership with Cold Country Pork he began distributing Genesus packaged Pork products. The first batch sold out immediately.
In 2024, Glen acquired Cold Country Pork a 20-year-old company that cuts, processes and packages sides of pork. He currently exports wine and canola oil to China as well as imports his own private label shrimp, tires, construction rebar and air conditioners.
In 2021, Glen was also appointed as COO of a Northern First Nations. They were losing over $2,000,0000 per annum. Within 8 months, he reversed that into monthly profits of $35,000.
In 2014 he established Fluey Trading an Asian Food Service company. The Fluey Group operates out of a 325,000 square foot facility with sales exceeding $30,000,000. Along with the food distribution, he acquired a 30,000 square foot Federal freezer, where frozen meat and pork products are stored and redistributed globally.
In 1997, Glen was the runner-up to Entrepreneur of the Year in Manitoba. During that same year, he established a refrigerated trucking company in Minneapolis with a fleet of 30 trucks and 40 reefered trailers. Glen sold his holdings and retired in 2013.
While acquiring his MBA he also successfully operated a banana plantation in Tapachula, Chiapas Mexico.
In 1984, he started a meat distribution company, grew it in excess of $35,000,000 which on 3 separate occasions was listed in Profit magazine as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Canada.
