MAPLE LEAF LETHBRIDGE CUSTOMER AWARDS
Elmspring Colony, Alberta. The Swine Team of David, Will and Joe Wipf who run Elmspring Colony’s 600 sow farrow to finish unit have won the Maple Leaf Foods High Index award for 3rd time in 4 years.
The High Index award at Maple Leaf in Lethbridge is won by the producer whose animals are consistently in the desired targeted core category for Back fat & Loin eye shipping into the plant.
